Work hard to get much bigger reward in future instead of lazy to get small reward now

It is easy to think that idleness is more rewarding than hard work, especially when you are young. Then just go to see a old waiter working, he lives in a small room with debt, no money to buy food or books to enjoy life. If he get sick, he might just die because he cant py for medical fee. People look down at him. He got to be this way because he has no skill that society wants to give a lot of money for. Getting skill like Oracle or quantum theory you need to immerse in it, work hard in, but working hard doesn't mean it is not immensely enjoyable.
