will power rules

about two days ago, i rediscover willpower, previously i have problem with willpower because it gets too tense, now i mix willpower with relaxation, ying and yang.

forget about feel your feelings, healing, breathing etc etc, only willpower works. Willpower is defined as; getting it done without caring pain or difficulties. it is the prefrontal lobe without emotion.

the seals training typifies willpower.

I notice in my life, everytime i got into difficulties is because my will power went down, i go more for happiness instead of getting things done, but the truth is if you directly go for happiness you will end up in trouble, always go for knowledge success first.

mindfulness is a subset of willpower but incomplete, so is positive thinking. All of this need willpower to function.

Meditation, concentration and horse stance strengthen will power. So is karate and body building because willpower is required to deliver a high nervous signal to the muscles.

Karate is indirectly related to willpower.
