Vit B is very important

Sometimes my mind would feel chaotic/lazy where no amount of mindfulness would help. Vit b works everytime.

If you take vit b, it is easy for you to have muscle ache. Find the spot that aches by pressing on it, remember that there are trigger points at other location; your shoulder pain could be due to muscle knot in neck, or even scalp. Locate the muscle where it hurts most when pressure is applied. Then press really hard for at least half minute, the pressure will force the muscle to relax
