this morning a conceptual breakthrough that links a lot of methods together. In order to gain something i have to sacrifice something. Like to get cert of labview I have to sacrifice relax time on the bus looking at the sun and time with sean and ryan.
this concept is more accurate than accepting suffering because accepting suffering seems pain for nothing, but sacrifice to gain is more accurate to reality; actually we can escape pain easily for instance stay at home and dont go to work but there will be no gain of money and there is no pull of gain.
the relationship with suffering is the most crucial part of my philosophy.
