All the above are ying and yang and are needed for functioning. For instance in wars to defend your family you have to kill people and you have to be antisocial, if you histrionic you will be killed.
Usually it is better you have all of the aspect and be balanced as possible. But some circumstances requires you be in one polarity more you can form imbalances for attack or defense.
Yesterday I went to jurong east library for whole day, and read "self helps that works", dont flinch to be strong gave me a revelation.
