Using the brain virtual reality. You pretend that the world around you is far from you, when walking, reading or thinking.
Whenever there is conflict in your mind or outside, always imagine you are far away, around 50 feet, and let the event continue, your brain wont know the difference and feel that it is 50 feet away.
When you are bored or want to get close to touch something, you get close and attach. But remember to detach when conflict starts.
By detaching, your emotion would be steady and you can be objective.
Even when the person is 1 feet away from you, you can still pretend he is far away and fight.
