-This world is comprises of ying and yang. You must have both to be strong.
-Yang is nourished by ying. Yang without ying is weak and brittle. Vice versa.

WAR & GAME THEORY
-Every human interaction is actually a prisoner dilemma situation. You use tit for tat, or wolf, sheep, or massive retaliation.
-Bully has a profit if the victim don't fight back. If the victim fight back, bully loose profit. Always fight back.
-Study the wolf and sheep dynamics and the chicken game. Be the wolf not the sheep. Wolf wins in poker. Be half wolf half sheep.
-In a lot of the situation you don’t attack all out the enemy, but like animals you display power threat. In human, it is teasing, joking and being cheeky.
-Be cheeky. Use some bluffing. Be thick face. Reject shame with your will. Just smile when people discovered that you are bluffing. Use joke as mock invasion.

-You need to access archetype to get bad guy energy, like the Satan, Osiris, Riddick, or creatures from the underworld. You only need to visualize them.
-When accessing the archetype of the underworld, you must accept death, then you have no fear of life. When you hold on to life too much, it makes you weak.

{YING SYSTEM}

COMPASSION, FORGIVENESS, AND SOFTNESS
-Have compassion, forgive, and accept your fear and shame.
-This is the ying system to strengthen your war efforts, without this your fighting will be fearful and shameful. Shame is the biggest problem for males.
-Have compassion for all your mistakes, know the hidden good reason why you did mistakes, and cannot help it because of your upbringing, genes etc .
-Forgive all your mistakes. Forgive others.
-I have always been weak because I have no supporting mother. My aggression is weak.
-This is the best fear banishing technique. Other system like positive thinking, mindfulness, etc is less effective. In mindfulness, the shame is still there, but doesn't affect
you, this is good but does not transform shame to strength.
-Being soft on yourself firms up your war power. To make resilient and flexible. Predators cannot sniff any fear in you because you have love.
-It is a philosophy to your self. Accept your shame and fear as reasonable.
-Think soft. Very soft. Soft doesn't attack. Think support. Think pillow.
-Don't think inner child therapy or mother image, totally unnecessary, energy twisting and perverted.
-It is a policy toward yourself. You never attack yourself. You support yourself. Policy first before emotion, 3d mind NLP, positive thinking, deep breathing or mindfulness. Always policy first. Ying yang philosophy first. Ying yang philosophy is very accurate approximate model of the world. You don't have to know the exact brain science because there is no resource to do it, and there is no need to do it.

-Pretend that the job is easy.

-Push your limits. go outside of human norm. This make your stronger because your brain is plastic.
-Reframe fear as a challenge. The bigger the fear, the bigger the excitement.
-Break a big task down to smaller parts. Any complicated task is consist of many smaller very easy to understand components. If not up then it is down, if not left then it is
right. You just have to spend time with it be with it.
-Do one thing at a time.

STUDY COMPLICATED SUBJECTS
-For subjects like Oracle, quantum theory, number mathematics, differential equations, digital signal processing, fluid mechanics. Few people can understand.
-To study a thick book, get an overall idea first by reading quickly through the book, read the table of contents, the introduction at each chapter. Don't go into the details.
Then Focus on the goal of the book, every human endeavor is trying to achieve something, if you know what is the target the details is easy.
Then you read the details to get an understanding. Facts you dont understand write it down on a notebook for later solving.
Then you read deeper into the details.
Then You refer to other books for facts you don't understand.
-You refer a lot of books and find a few best books that give intuitive understanding.
-Read through the passage a few times even if you dont understand it.
-Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Like wine brewing.
-Don't think that abstract science is dry and boring. Math or Oracle is actually a higher evolution of nature into the non material world. Looking at math pattern is the same
as looking at a forest. Reading a luminous math book that switch on the light in a dark room is the greatest joy. The patterns are beautiful. It is a different world only much
more beautiful than the material world. Spend your time in the non material beauty by reading math books. Upload yourself into the non material world.
-Practice, practice, practice -Samurai Warrior, this is call drilling and is most important aspect of gaining technology.
-Being the best is not difficult. As long as you know how to read and write you can be the expert in any field like Oracle or number theory; learning these is easier than
English. You need to be constant be with it. Let it soak in to you like language osmosis.You have to love it.

Today at 2:30pm mc at home for 2 days, I have an insight that one can visualize one situation as a battle field, every aspect of one situation.

And At 5pm, i realize one must have a habit of thinking about the enemy weakness whenever a memory of one's defeat occur.

I realize one must not remember too many techniques, just one or two regular like the gyaku punch in karate.

Big breakthrough these few weeks

My networking knowledge I finally understand private ip, public ip, NAT, GPRS APN. I was checking the IP 192.1.162..of my wireless usb modem using IPconfig and checking whatismyip.com about my 203.1.102 public IP. And then last week because of my ceo instrument webpage requirement, my network admin told me that he is mapping the 192.1.162... private IP to the 203.1.102... public IP. Finally today datataker forum said no need static IP but use ddns and router. I have finally understood networking.

Also discovered the brain as a virtual reality boombox and the link with archetype. Imagine what would a hero do in this situation.

Also read Terence Real "I dont want to talk about it" and understood myself.

But just now i made the link of hero archetype and brain virtual reality, and it is better to use hero archetype than villain archetype. Partly due to Terence Real play acting method which provides a stronger simulation to brain's virtual reality.

Misc gems

Watching a movie is always a good therapy for me. Probably the best therapy.

The universe is fractal, big things are the same with small things. Real wars is the same with the small wars in normal human interaction, read Top Dog, Bottom Dog by Robert Karen.
Thus study war strategies especially guerilla warfare.

Fighting with a big army is easy, you dont need my help. But fighting with small enemy, then it is necessary to learn the right strategy. Study guerrilla warfare well because that is the time you will need it.

Guerrilla warfare: small, speed, mobility.

Allow chaos so you wont be so stressed up. Remember half ying half yang for optimal balance. Is all is order, you will die of stress and fall into superchaos. Chaos is like a lobe to order. Some things you need to order, some thing you need chaos. Imagine the different parts of a power plant.

Accept death let you have no fear, and enemy will sense this and fear you. Death is the biggest chaos. Forgiveness is accepting chaos. Accepting lost let you move forward. Chaos nourishes order.

Stretching, beside watching movie, is the most relaxing thing I know. Just bend down and stretch your leg and your mind stress goes away. The legs must have a lot of wiring to the amydala.

Weight lifting, especially deadlift, is also one of the best release of stress. Generally the sport you do rewires your brain greatly and the virtual system it lives in, because the billions of neurons connected to the brain from the body influences the brain. Thus to have detachment from feelings, it is better you do karate and weight lift. To be really easy going, do yoga or stretching.

Free play, dont care about gain or reputation, improvise, lift life on a high speed thrill.

Dont focus on defending yourself it is easy on the enemy, forget about defending focus on attack, then you have control.

Books are no different than a forest for you to explore.

Mindfulness allows the feeling to be there but you are not affected by it.

Somehow by experiencing all yesterday 25 Jan I notice this river in me that is never static and have no fear, only when i am closed, blocking something I have fear and suffering (sufferng is not pain, pain is not static, suffering is). One word opening is exhilarating.

Detaching

Using the brain virtual reality. You pretend that the world around you is far from you, when walking, reading or thinking.

Whenever there is conflict in your mind or outside, always imagine you are far away, around 50 feet, and let the event continue, your brain wont know the difference and feel that it is 50 feet away.

When you are bored or want to get close to touch something, you get close and attach. But remember to detach when conflict starts.

By detaching, your emotion would be steady and you can be objective.

Even when the person is 1 feet away from you, you can still pretend he is far away and fight.

Our mind is living in its own virtual reality

The brain can be influenced equally by imagination and reality. Because to perceive reality the brain have to construct a virtual reality model of reality and live in it. The brain has different module to construct the virtual reality, for instance meditators can switch off the spatial part in the left brain so they are one with the universe, or switch off time module in the left part.

By pretending or imagining, you are deactivating some module or activating some modules in the brain virtual reality. The brain must activate/deactivate these modules in order to pretend or imagine.

Thus by pretending or imagining your are relaxing, yourself becomes relax. Pretending you are far away from something, you are detaching. Pretending you are a bad guy, you become the bad guy; the brain is a great mimic. Pretend you have thick face, then your brain feels like it has thick face and though know the difference but wont feel the difference.

Super Brain Yoga

BE HALF A BAD GUY
-Discovered last nigh it is more important than pride. If you dont have badness you cant survive in this world. When you work hard to be the best you will have swing to being too much of a nice guy because of the energy involve in hard work, refer wolf and sheep game theory. -Be careful when you reject badness of others, you cannot consciously access the badness for use.

VIT B AND MUSCLE KNOT MASSAGE
-Usually through out my life, psychology tech fails, but Vit B complex always works to lift out of anxiety or depression.
-The problem with Vit B is it will tense up the shoulder or neck and cause inflammation. And sole throat and flu.
-Shoulder pain. Press on all over your neck, scalp and shoulder to find pain when press down. The bone at scalp and shoulder blades are usually the usual areas. When find the painful spot, press down hard for half a minute, the muscle knot can only relax in great pressure.

-To be happy you must have money. Just observe misery of janitors with no money.

-To be the best you must focus your time on improving your performance on one skill.

MISC
First, detachment
Detachment gives you space to use your weapons. Detachment should always be the first step before any other method, it is the foundation of all other method, without it first, all other methods will not work like punching without crippled legs. In war all warriors must be psychotic in order to defeat the enemy. Detachment gives you a high similar to fast driving or on a tall building without the need of moving from where you are. Detach by pretending you don't care about the object and the object is very far away from you. Anger adrenalin makes you stupid and damages brain tissue. Detachment shift yourself to the frontal lobes from the limbic system. Make you think better and less suffering. Refer to the Buddhist or Hindus. Detachment is actually the core of meditation, positive thinking and all mental system. Use detachment alternatively with attachment, when you set goals you need attachment, when you execute the work to the goal you need attachment, use one hour detachment one hour attachment for example, like a square waveform.

Christian forgiveness, or economize to mass your resources
Forgiveness is perverse. It is against fairness or justice or good. It is outside of human logic. It is closest to the nihilistic universe with no human value. But you choose either being right or effective. Being right feels less miserable but in the end you lose the war which is more miserable. Money=misery, no money=more misery. It allows you to focus your energy; laser diffused is just light with no power to cut. Forgiveness allows to save your energy. Forgive your enemy but kill him. You don't care about losing, you let your enemy win even without fairness. You go for the bigger target. Refer to Christianity for the technology of forgiveness.

Target dictates weapons, weapons dictates movement.
You must keep your target in mind in so that you will not lose your way. You must economize and focus. Focus always makes success comes earlier so you don’t have to waste time in suffering. Refer to the book Unleash the warrior within by Richard Machozicz.

I have the book 20 years back then lost it. It was my bible. It is the best book I read. And eerily a lot of my Krystal knowledge has his theory.

Most important points:

on finding a few makeable deals rather than working on a large

Basically he is saying when you let people affect you, you are giving control to them. So you dont let events affect you, you main your control on the self. You dont care about it. I realize the best definition of detachment is detachment=dont care. Detachment word is too abstract. It is better to use the Dont Care word. Don't Care is activating the prefrontal lope or serotonin. When you think in language you activate the prefrontal lope and you become calmer, that is why positive thinking, rational emotive therapy works. But probably Dont Care works better.

Avatar, Blue Truth, 3d mind, and Scott Bolan inner unaffectedness

Watched Avatar movie in the morning where the aliens are blue and spiritual.

Then got the book Blue Truth by David Deida. It is about keeping open all the time. Or activating your parasympathetic relaxation all the time. Very poetic book like Avatar quite a coincidence.

Then read 3d mind where when you have bad feelings you mix it with a good feeling of a activity you do usually like brushing your teeth or karate. You dont overpower the bad feeling the positive feeling, you balance them, due to reactions of serotonin and dopamine. Like activating the parasympathetic and sympathetic together. Some articles in our freedrive and portable drive. I like this balancing more.

Basically he is saying when you let people affect you, you are giving control to them. So you dont let events affect you, you main your control on the self. You dont care about it. I realize the best definition of detachment is detachment=dont care. Detachment word is too abstract. It is better to use the Dont Care word. Don't Care is activating the prefrontal lope or serotonin. When you think in language you activate the prefrontal lope and you become calmer, that is why positive thinking, rational emotive therapy works. But probably Dont Care works better.
