The 30 years period of exploration, self centered gratification, and Iraq war is over. Today Obama won Nobel peace prize and is rebuilding America’s finance.

Aging is rapidly becoming a factor. Two boys’ university funds need to accumulate quickly. Irking out a living has been tiring.

Thus the counter strategy and the plan for the next 30 years is:

1.       Real estate.

2.       IZO 147.

3.        Purpose centered not feeling centered.

4.       Run, don’t walk – A Linux guru.

5.       Push your limits.
