Bubul 17 rules to happiness

1. Karate, Poker, Oracle,  The Dip by Seth Godin (or Deliberate Practice by Geoff Golvin).
2. Be half good guy half bad guy. Refer the Chronicles of Riddick movie. Refer Thick Face, Black Heart book.
3. It is never your fault . Refer determinism, and Learned Optimism by Martin Seligman.
4. War and forgiveness helps each other. Learn game theory, war strategy well. Learn Christianity forgiveness well.
5. To get courage and stress free don't be afraid of losing things.
6. Pretend that the big task is easy.
7. Break a big task down to simple parts.
8. Always go back to basic. Refer Kihon in Karate.
9. Vit b to get energy and muscle knot releasing by pressing the spot hard.
10. Focus on the beauty of the activity that you love doing instead of the political result. Refer the Practicing mind book.
11. Study books by scanning first, then read detailly. If dont understand read another book.
12. Learn to find good books in amazon reviews, library, rapidshare books, google books.
13. Accept both ying and yang, balance them. Refer thesis and synthesis theory by Hegel.
14. Military first then only happiness, not the other way around. Refer modern china.
15. Purpose centered, not feeling centered. Refer Morita Therapy.
16. Accept legitimate suffering. Refer the Road less traveled by Scott Peck.
17. Always have a goal and visualize a better future. Refer research of successful people set goals.
