When we hold on to prevent death too much, we seem to block life, we live in fear and anxiety. The buddhist says to know life, know death.
To let life flow, we have to accept death that is to accept chaos and suffering.
So be like the heroes of 300 sometimes, and shout "tonight we dine in hell".
THen only excitement will flow back into your life.

What is happiness: when we have no problems. THus to be happy, we can pretend we have no problem.
Think of a moment in this world there are no people except you, will you have any problems, there is no more social standard to measure you, are you a airhead or a genius? where is the standard?
Chuang Tzu or another chinese sage says: In the worm world, we are as big as giant, in the giant world, we are as big as worm, so what is the real standard to measure our size.
In this world, everything is relative and build by humans, so in truth you have actually no problem, the rest is illusions.
Just be. DOnt struggle , dont do anything. No need to drop your ego or all those hocus pocus technqiues. Just be.
But to be just be, you have to be a warrior first and stabilize your material world, fight! Fight and you can just be. By only knowing the oppositive polarity, you can know this polarity. There is no other way.
