The how of mindfulness

THe most powerful technique of mindfulness is the theravada thai-burma one where you label when you are thinking "thinking, thinking", walking "walking, walking".

You dont have to do mindfulness all of the time, if you have no problem or drama forever it is like living in a retirement home, no fun, instead when you losing control, getting crazy, use mindfulness as a break of the mind, then when you are bored in your safe cocoon, stop mindfulness and get into craziness again.
