Mindfulness by Ellen Langer

Got this book in singapore library. It is a real good book though its prose is lousy. It looks at mindfulness from psychology perpective.

Mindfulness give new context to situation. And new categories. Thus we can achieve freedom from fatigue, anxiety using the old categories which is only another construct of the mind.

The Myamar theravada buddhism mindfulness method is the best, your mother likes it a lot.
