HALF FIGHT FRIENDS AND BULLIES

Sometimes need to maintain relationship with friends and bullies.
You cannot fight them fully. So you half fight them.
Don’t use either/or, use half ying half yang, balance opposites.
Use gradualism. Feel the rocks and cross the river.
Tease them and half scold them with smile.
Trash talk and clowning without resorting to shouting.
Look at the mammals, they bang each other to establish boundaries.
If you don’t fight bullies, you will be trampled to craziness and suicide.

Bullies and friends only pick on easy target.
Give them a hard time doing so, they will stop.
Sometimes be difficult, crazy, irrational and threatening.
Unbalance the bully with anger and frustration.
Attack the enemy to soften him.
Fight bluff with counterbluff, play poker to practice.
Always use “you”, focus on the enemy, never on yourself.
Have to half play in fighting, else it is too stressful and you avoid conflict making you weak.

The only theory that explains people is game theory, not religion.
Karate or weight lifting to build thick skin character.
Make peace with all your shit so you wont be affect by bullies.

You need to be half evil, half gangster to fight bullies.
Even with teeth knocked out, welcome pain and a satanic smile, bully back the bully.
Read Baki the Son of Ogre manga, or watch Pitch Black movie.

WORK HARD TO BE THE BEST

To be best in what you do is the only way to be happy.
This is the iron law of the universe.
Money will come to you and people wont bully you.

Be the expert in a complicated subject where few people can do.
Find that gate that blocks majority of people out because it requires hard work.
Field like programming, engineering and law.
You have to stick through the pain and get permanent happiness.
Think of the early easy life and later permanent hard life of janitors.
The early hard life and the later permanent happy life of doctors.

You need 10,000 hours to be master in anything.
Complicated subjects is made up of many easy pieces.
You don’t have to work hard, you only need to spend time with it.

GM knows 100,000 chess patterns, IM knows 10,000 patterns.
Ordinary people know 1000 pattern.
GM are not smarter, they only spend time to know more patterns.

Programming is the best because it is actually playing a big toy.
The best path is start game programming when you are 8 years old.
Get a couple of professional certifications when 12 years old, like Oracle OCA, Cisco CCNA.
Get into Google or Facebook, earn $20,000 a month.

Work and play together, you cannot just work only, or play only.

You need to focus on becoming the best in one subject.
You need to mass your resources into one area.
This means trade off and sacrifice. Trade off means risk.

BARE PAIN

Willing to bare pain and 80% of your troubles are over.

Fight bullies and hard work is all about willing to accept pain.
Hard to explain, pain gives a kind of exalted strength and flow to life.
Read Baki the Son of Ogre manga in youtube. Especially on Hanayama vs Speck.

Fight bullies is fierce. Hard work is discipline.
Fierce and discipline. Like sumo.
Watch how sumo train in youtube.

“In japan the important thing is to continue, no matter how bad you are, or how bad you feel you are, you continue.
In kendo, if you get hurt, it is not so much your body get hurt, its your ego.
If you want to overcome others, you must first overcome yourself, your own weakness.

“Maturity is a big part of success in fighting, because it means you understand the game - That losing is part of the game. It doesn’t mean to let yourself get conquered, but to know that you can win again, at the right time you can be great. The key to doing well in competition is to accept.
Accept you can lose, you can not perform. Take this big bag of rocks out of your backpack, take the pressure off, and you'll do better. Once you understand that, man, you can do welll. - Ricardo Liborio.

But Phil hasn't made peace with it. When I goof on him, he'll get mad.
In one press conference, Phil was almost in tears, I get what Frank is about. He's not picking on Phil out of nowhere, he's not just an asshole. Mental toughness is on the table.
Now he is not in a peaceful mind, ready to fight. Now he is somewhere else, some other issue from when he was a kid. He's not focused on the task or the goal.

Two laws in the universe that always work

I tried nearly every systems under the sun known to man. Most of the systems sometime works, most of the time doesn't.

Only two rules work every time, every where.

The first rule of the universe is
NO PAIN NO GAIN.

There is no way to bypass this one. It works every time.

The second rule of the universe is
FIGHT BULLIES

All you negative emotion is ALWAYS the result of another person trying to invade you. Fight bullies will cause them to back off and only then you will have peace.

Dont go there and sit and meditate, it will never work.

Fighting bullies is hard work and pain, it is build on the foundation of rule one.

It is game theory.

Guerrilla Warfare mindset

In guerrilla warfare, the weak can win the strong.
You dont have to win the war, you only have to not lose the war.
Even if the enemy strike you greatly, it wont affect you.
You can make mistakes.
You can escape, then come back again and again.
You dont care about your reputation.
You improvise.
You dont obsess about your loses.
You dont obsess about the wins of the enemy.
It is the most accurate model to cope with any situation. Much better than religion models which are totally wrong.

Reverse Intimidation. 1) Make bold maneuvers and bluff wisely, 2) be a threat, make sudden moves, imply aggression, 3) move irrationally, create unpredictability, act crazy, 4) Feed your opponent's paranoia by indicating capabilities that they are afraid of, 5) maintain a bad reputation, mean, nasty and non-negotiable."

"By giving into the bully, billy taught Ryan that his intimidating behavior was okay. Standing up to him early, even if it meant being beaten up, would have been better than speending a whole year in pain. Almost all bullies pick on people who wont fight back. They use intimidation and are rarely interested in real conflict."
– The Survivor Personality book

"When you submit to an aggressors or to an unjust and imposssible situation. You do not buy yourself any real peace. You encourage people to go further, to take more from you, to use you for their own purposes. They sense your lack of self respect and they feel justified in mistreating you. You must develop the opposite - afighting stance that comes from deep within and cannot be shaken. You force some respect. This comes from your attitude - fearless and alwyas prepared to fight. It radiates outward and can be read in your amnner without you having to speak a word. By a paradoxical alw of human nature, trying to please people less will make them ore likely in the long run to respect and treat you better. Theis inner strength, however, does not come naturally. What is required is some experience. This means that in your daily life you must assert yourself more than usual.

Remember that complicated subjects like programming is actually made up of many easy pieces. But there many, you just have to spend time with the easy pieces, chewing them one by one. Just spend time. Dont think of it as one big lump and doing hard work. It is actually doing easy work but you need to spend time with it, like spending time with your girlfriend.

KARATE, POKER, PROGRAMMING @ NDE, GINGER TEA
Just do the above and you will be alright.

Karate: make conflict natural. If you forget everything only remember karate.
Poker: most of the world is about bluffing, poker teach you to bluff back.
Programming: Job in Google is the best toy and job, S$20,000 a month in 2011.

NDE: Near death experience and medium prove there is afterlife. Your consciousness lives on forever.
Ginger tea: Raise your body temperature so you be energetic.

Fight bullies: and 100% they will back off
Work hard: to be the best in the market

FIGHT BULLIES AND 100% THEY WILL BACK OFF

-Bullies cause 50% of your problems. They activate your biological pain circuit. You must fight bullies else you cannot be happy and explode into madness. If solders are attacking your country and want to rape your women, you have to find a high spot to fight, you dont hide in a church and pray.

-Most important principle: Bullies only pick on easy target, they will leave hard target alone.
You have to be sometimes unfriendly, asshole, unpredictable, irrational, crazy, not afraid of losing, so that people would not invade you and fear you. It is you putting barriers in front so the coming of the enemy will not be easy. You have to be “ go lan" (rotten enough in mandarin). Read Strategy Moves book. You dont be asshole all the time, about 30% of the time. 70% of the time you are an angel.

-Karate and poker mould your mind into a natural weapon that can kill enemy. Karate is the yang right hand. Poker is the ying left hand.

-Get a evil mind set, only evil can fight evil. Watch "Pitch Black" movie or "Black Swan" movie or "Karate Shoukoushi Kohinata Minoru" manga, so you can visualize yourself as the half evil person.

-Frequently you dont have to crush your enemies because you need a relationship with them. You need to half defeat them and half befriend them. Insult and clown them occasionally with the pimp method.

Other way to fight bullies:
-Make bullies dealing with you frustrating and painful. Bullies only pick on easy target.
-Attack is the best defense.
-Unbalance your enemy with anger, frustration and fear. Keep your own balance.
-You have to be unpredictable and threatening. Deter bad people from bothering you.
-Bluff enemy and yourself.Manipulators use bluffs because their put downs is not true. The only way to fight bluff is counter bluff. No limit Texas Holdem Poker teach you how to bluff.
-Play when you are fighting in order to invigorate your soul, fighting enemies is stressful.
-When clowning, always put the focus on the enemy, never let them put the focus on you.
-Always attack the enemy, never be defensive and focus on yourself. Always use "you" in verbal war. Self help therapy and meditation make it worst because it focus the blame on yourself.
-Think about the enemy weakness. .
-Eat vitamin B for energy. Take vitamin B for 3 days then stop for 4 days in a week, too heaty.
-Game theory is the only explanation that can explain people. Practice Texas Holdem poker to really understand people. All other explanations fail.
-Pretend that fighting the enemy is easy, routine and a bit boring. Know the enemy attacks everyone.
-Use your negative emotion and enemy to make you better. Reframing. Dont fight with yourself.

BLUFF

Whenever someone shame, whether the shame is true or false, it is always an invasion, because reality is neutral, any form of judgement is a bluff. You fight bluff by bluffing back. You act as though what you say is right even though you know is wrong. This becomes your weapon you use consciously. You bluff as though you are the smartest and you intimate people. Remember power is from perception of people, dont have to be reality. Bluffing is a very important weapon against bad people, it makes you not trapped in the good guy victim position. Bluffing is power. Dont use it on good people though, use it on bad people. Play no limit texas holdem it helps pick up the skill of bluffing. If you look deeper, you can see that you are using semi bluff all the time.

You can even bluff yourself about reality. Think yourself as the best, as a hero out to conquer to world. Bluff yourself that your enemy is much weaker than you to attain confidence and your enemy will feel it and fear you. Actually all our perception of reality is bluff, we can never perceive reality with full accuracy, our perception is always a semi bluff. We are always bluffing ourself especially the confident people. Confidence bluff yourself to gain power.

WORK HARD TO BE THE BEST IN THE MARKET

In this world the only way to be happy is to be best, it is hardwired in your brain. You can be the best even if you are stupid, it doesnt matter. The only thing that matter to be the best is hard work.

You have to be the best so that money will flow to you. And people wont bully you. Even the enlightened monks hide money. You must have a complicated skill where few people can tolerate the boredom and hardwork to get the skill, few people can do it, like programming, engineering, medicine, law, accounting.

You need 10000 hours to be master in anything. So you have to stick to one thing starting from eight years old.

The difference between chess GM compared with IM is GM knows 100,000 patterns, and IM knows only 10,000. Strong players knows 1000. It is not because GM can think deeper or smarter or whatever, it because they simply get exposed to much more pattern because they spend much more time in chess. Other discipline like programming and engineering is no different with chess. Tte more time you spend with it the more patterns you know, the more best you become. David Small Chess Patterns http://www.amazon.com/review/R3PXO65Q230WUQ/ref=cm_cr_rdp_perm

Programming is the best because it is actually playing a big toy. Dentist you have to have very good school results and its boring. Chess is extremely difficult to be proffesional. Law is memorizing stuff.

The best path is start game programming when you are 8 years old. Learn Small Basic with free tutorial.
Then get a couple of proffesional certifications when you are 12 years old like Oracle OCA, Cisco CCNA.
Get into Google or Facebook, earn $20,000 a month.

Practice practice practice. Stress overload yourself to make yourself stronger. Your brain is plastic. Research shows every expert need 10,000 hours of practice. Just like writing english, at first it is very difficult, but after practice practice, you writing english like breathing.

You have to keep the goal of getting into Google clear in your mind to have discipline.

Let the skill grow organically and slowly. It is like wine making. Don't care if you are slower than other people, that means your root is bigger takes more time to form, and your skill later will be stronger than other people.

Plan your fun time first in order to be motivated to work hard. Work hard, play hard.

Think of each technical leap as a mountain climbing challenge. Watch the movie "North Face"

Nobody have to be genius to be expert in chess or programming, just learn and expose yourself daily to a lot of patterns.

METHOD OF STUDY

Break to smaller parts n do it one by one, get overview first, note down your question, find good beginner books, memorize by visualizing without reading.
Memorization is not useless, it builds neuron paths and then IQ.

Steps of studying a complicated book: a. Scan the book first. b. Know what is the goal of each chapter. c. Get understanding. Then dig into the details. d. Write what you don’t understand on a notebook. e. If you get stuck in a book, find another good book. f. Read good beginner books first that gives a intuitive understanding. g. Find the good books in Amazon reviews. It is very important you find a few good beginner book to read. h. This is the fastest way to memorize what you read. Everytime you read some small fact, look away and try to visualize back what you read. If you can visualize that means your brain already can remember it. Can use it with formulas and chinese and Labview.

When reading new book, always read lightly and fast, dont read every detail, get a feel about the book first. Then do some sample questions like SelfTestSoftware to know where to read in detail. Then you do first deeper reading. Then the second even deeper reading.

Note down questions on a txt file to refer back later.

Always read good beginners book first that builds intuitive understanding. Dont read reference books first, it will kill your passion. Use google search type "best books calculus (or other subjects). Or go into amazon.com, search for 4 stars books and read the comments in amazon about the book.

Do sample exam questions because it gives you a focus on where to study.

Know how to research to solve problems. Use internet search engine like Google or Yahoo. Ask questions about life in internet forums like Oracle forum or Low Yatt forum.Use Amazon.com search engine and type in the book related to your problems.Read the reviews in Amazon, it has a lot of details about the book.Use Singapore library search engine to find the good book in Amazon. Reserve the book.Search the rapidshare or bit torrent for free copy of the book.

GINGER TEA

Always drink hot ginger tea, but don’t drink too hot for fear of throat cancer. Drinking hot ginger tea raise body temperature to above 36.5 thus making you more energetic.

Excess water in the body causes high blood pressure, asthma, obesity, shoulder pain and depression. The body temperature lowers and the cells cannot function well due to the excess water. Counter this with 4 cups of ginger tea per day. Ginger tea heats up the body and throw away excess water. Read the book "suibun no torisugi wa ima sugu yamenasai" by ishihara yuumi. We got the chinese copy.

LIFE AFTER DEATH
Please watch "The Day I Died" BBC documentary in youtube.com. Woman who is blind her whole life can report sighting of tools and her body during near death. And woman without brain activity can recall seeing tools which is impossible for her to see before the surgery. It seems like the mind can function without the brain or body.

Also Roger Penrose hypotheses our brain has microfiber channels that tap into the very small fluctuations of the quantum world. That small fluctuation is probably our consciousness. The Hindus could be right all along the whole universe is consciousness. Else how would the above happen.

You can contact evidential mediums in the USA if your love one dies, google up Laurie Campbell, Mollie Morning Star, Allison Dubois.

MISC

Dont believe in the spiritual that doesnt work. It is like putting your head in a hole in the middle of a battlefield. I wasted 20 years on this. This includes: New age, pop psychology, religion, inner child healing, mindfulness, rebirthing, deep breathing, yoga, buddhism, christianity, god, meditation, nirvana, no ego, enlightenment, avaita, zen, visualization, relaxation, aikido, NLP, positive thinking, positive psychology, self esteem, ayn rand, forgiveness, let it go, feel your feelings, being open, being in the now, primal therapy, trauma therapy, childhood therapy, afterworld, acupuncture, EFT, rapid eye therapy, Kinesiology, self healing. 3. Don’t think that if you meditate enough, you reach nirvana and don’t need for money, status or anything. Read the hypocritical life of spiritual gurus in Stripping the Gurus book.

Be soft and gentle to your fear and negative emotion. Cradle your fear. Read Human becoming by David Richo.

Know complicated subjects are evolution of nature into the metaphysical realm. Looking at Oracle or Labview is same as looking at a forest. Reading a luminous math book that switch on the light in a dark room is the greatest joy. The patterns are beautiful. They are not dry.

Hacking: Immerse your life in abstract subject.1. Then there is no boredom. Life is a adventure everyday. You go into a blissful state. You are playing with toys forever. Work is play. You dont have to fix to one subject you can be an expert in many subjects. Refer to Iron Man movie. 2. Oracle, network security, Labview, Linux, quantum theory, computational fluid mechanics, ocean wave mechanics, weather differential equations, number theory, Lisp, C++, control system, Go, chess, bridge, backgammon, western philosophy eg Roger Scruton, poetry, karate.

You use therapy or positive thinking or mindfulness because you are not thinking right strategically about people. You have to think in war model. Poker help you to think in the right way.

All enemies are like Hegel's dialectics, you must fight first and integrate the evil force into yourself.

To build your will the best way is karate or weight lifting. Weight lifting your brain need to output high signal to force the muscle to move the weight thus stregtening the will power.

Before exam don’t eat Vitamin B for 2 days because you may have problem sleeping. At the morning of the exam, eat it for energy and aggressive brain.
Press hard for 1 minute into the muscle knots near shoulder, neck and head.
Tumo meditation dont have to eat for months.
Garlic can cure cancer and everything.
Sleep well can cure depression. If you dont sleep well, it is easy for you to have fear.
Dont sleep in cold environment.
Heavy weight lifting and shikodachi pain bearing generate strong body and then generate strong character. Enduring pain builds brain wiring. Dont flinch practice.
Vit B. To dispel fear and give energy
Dont be afraid of death. Near death experience and medium prove there is life after death.

Mindfulness or strategic or positive thinking no use. Because low body temperature causes the cells and brain to not function at full level causing timidness, depression, fear, anger, shoulder pain etc.
4 cups of ginger tea per day, or vitamin b complex. Keeps your temperature above 36.5 c.
Vit b complex can cause shoulder pain or no sleep. Eat for a few days, stop for a few days, tune the timing.
When you have shoulder pain, press hard into the painful spot for 1 minute to induce the muscle to relax.
