reached a state where I find chess,go,poker,bridge, backgammon,strategy games, quantum physics,maths,philosophy,poetry,oracle,guitar,books....BORING AS HELL. And somehow discovers strange and subtle pleasure in hard work and suffering, in routine karate and labview.

after studying so many martial art, half of them are short range and fast, but no muscle stressing that shapes the character like karate , the other half long range but not robust, simple and pure like stress tested karate. In the end, I still prefer karate.
