FIGHT BULLIES AND 100% THEY WILL BACK OFF
Bullies cause 50% of your problems. You must fight bullies else you cannot be happy and explode into madness.
BE HALF EVIL
To fight bullies you must have the evil mindset. There is no other way, only evil can fight evil. Watch "Pitch Black" movie.
Other way to fight bullies:
-Make them dealing with you frustrating and painful. Bullies only pick on easy target.
-Unbalance your enemy with anger, frustration and fear. Keep your own balance.
-You have to be unpredictable and threatening. Deter bad people from bothering you.
-Bluff enemy and yourself.Manipulators use bluffs because their put downs is not true. The only way to fight bluff is counter bluff. No limit Texas Holdem Poker teach you how to bluff.
-Play when you are fighting in order to invigorate your soul, fighting enemies is stressful.
-Frequently you dont have to crush your enemies because you need a relationship with them. You need to half defeat them and half befriend them. Insult and clown them occasionally with the pimp method.
-When clowning, always put the focus on the enemy, never let them put the focus on you.
-Always attack the enemy, never be defensive and focus on yourself. Always use "you" in verbal war. Self help therapy and meditation make it worst because it focus the blame on yourself.
-Karate is your guardian angel. Poker is your guardian devil.
-Eat vitamin B for energy. Take vitamin B for 3 days then stop for 4 days in a week, too heaty.
BLUFF
Whenever someone shame, whether the shame is true or false, it is always an invasion, because reality is neutral, any form of judgement is a bluff. You fight bluff by bluffing back. You act as though what you say is right even though you know is wrong. This becomes your weapon you use consciously. You bluff as though you are the smartest and you intimate people. Remember power is from perception of people, dont have to be reality. Bluffing is a very important weapon against bad people, it makes you not trapped in the good guy victim position. Bluffing is power. Dont use it on good people though, use it on bad people. Play no limit texas holdem it helps pick up the skill of bluffing. If you look deeper, you can see that you are using semi bluff all the time.
You can even bluff yourself about reality. Think yourself as the best, as a hero out to conquer to world. Bluff yourself that your enemy is much weaker than you to attain confidence and your enemy will feel it and fear you. Actually all our perception of reality is bluff, we can never perceive reality with full accuracy, our perception is always a semi bluff. We are always bluffing ourself especially the confident people. Confidence bluff yourself to gain power.
BE THE BEST IN THE MARKET BY WORKING HARD
In this world the only way to be happy is to be best, it is hardwired in your brain. You can be the best even if you are stupid, it doesnt matter. The only thing that matter to be the best is hard work.
You have to be the best so that money will flow to you. And people wont bully you. Even the enlightened monks hide money. You must have a complicated skill where few people can tolerate the boredom and hardwork to get the skill, few people can do it, like programming, engineering, medicine, law, accounting.
You need 10000 hours to be master in anything. So you have to stick to one thing starting from eight years old.
Programming is the best because it is actually playing a big toy. Dentist you have to have very good school results and its boring. Chess is extremely difficult to be proffesional. Law is memorizing stuff.
The best path is start game programming when you are 8 years old.
Then get a couple of proffesional certifications when you are 12 years old like Oracle OCA, Cisco CCNA.
Get into Google or Facebook, earn $20,000 a month.
Practice practice practice. Stress overload yourself to make yourself stronger. Your brain is plastic. Research shows every expert need 10,000 hours of practice. Just like writing english, at first it is very difficult, but after practice practice, you writing english like breathing.
You have to keep the goal of getting into Google clear in your mind to have discipline.
Let the skill grow organically and slowly. It is like wine making. Don't care if you are slower than other people, that means your root is bigger takes more time to form, and your skill later will be stronger than other people.
Plan your fun time first in order to be motivated to work hard. Work hard, play hard.
METHOD OF STUDY
Break to smaller parts n do it one by one, get overview first, note down your question, find good beginner books, memorize by visualizing without reading.
Memorization is not useless, it builds neuron paths and then IQ.
Steps of studying a complicated book: a. Scan the book first. b. Know what is the goal of each chapter. c. Get understanding. Then dig into the details. d. Write what you don’t understand on a notebook. e. If you get stuck in a book, find another good book. f. Read good beginner books first that gives a intuitive understanding. g. Find the good books in Amazon reviews. It is very important you find a few good beginner book to read. h. This is the fastest way to memorize what you read. Everytime you read some small fact, look away and try to visualize back what you read. If you can visualize that means your brain already can remember it.
When reading new book, always read lightly and fast, dont read every detail, get a feel about the book first. Then do some sample questions like SelfTestSoftware to know where to read in detail. Then you do first deeper reading. Then the second even deeper reading.
Note down questions on a txt file to refer back later.
Always read good beginners book first that builds intuitive understanding. Dont read reference books first, it will kill your passion. Use google search type "best books calculus (or other subjects). Or go into amazon.com, search for 4 stars books and read the comments in amazon about the book.
Do sample exam questions because it gives you a focus on where to study.
Know how to research to solve problems. Use internet search engine like Google or Yahoo. Ask questions about life in internet forums like Oracle forum or Low Yatt forum.Use Amazon.com search engine and type in the book related to your problems.Read the reviews in Amazon, it has a lot of details about the book.Use Singapore library search engine to find the good book in Amazon. Reserve the book.Search the rapidshare or bit torrent for free copy of the book.
MISC
Know complicated subjects are evolution of nature into the metaphysical realm. Looking at Oracle or Labview is same as looking at a forest. Reading a luminous math book that switch on the light in a dark room is the greatest joy. The patterns are beautiful. They are not dry.
Hacking: Immerse your life in abstract subject.1. Then there is no boredom. Life is a adventure everyday. You go into a blissful state. You are playing with toys forever. Work is play. You dont have to fix to one subject you can be an expert in many subjects. Refer to Iron Man movie. 2. Oracle, network security, Labview, Linux, quantum theory, computational fluid mechanics, ocean wave mechanics, weather differential equations, number theory, Lisp, C++, control system, Go, chess, bridge, backgammon, western philosophy eg Roger Scruton, poetry, karate.
A lifelong hobby like chess supports your work and prevents depression. Chess is the best game because it has the right balance of shortness and strategy. Go is too long winded. Poker, backgammon, RTS are too simple. Bridge is a bit simple. Programming no matter what is work. Practice tactics and watch opening videos of Chessbase. I recommend Colle ZukerTort and French Defense because these openings base on concepts not tactics.
Dont believe in the spiritual that doesnt work. It is like putting your head in a hole in the middle of a battlefield. I wasted 20 years on this. This includes: New age, pop psychology, religion, inner child healing, mindfulness, rebirthing, deep breathing, yoga, buddhism, christianity, god, meditation, nirvana, no ego, enlightenment, avaita, zen, visualization, relaxation, aikido, NLP, positive thinking, positive psychology, self esteem, ayn rand, forgiveness, let it go, feel your feelings, being open, being in the now, primal therapy, trauma therapy, childhood therapy, afterworld, acupuncture, EFT, rapid eye therapy, Kinesiology, self healing. 3. Don’t think that if you meditate enough, you reach nirvana and don’t need for money, status or anything. Read the hypocritical life of spiritual gurus in Stripping the Gurus book.
Before exam don’t eat Vitamin B for 2 days because you may have problem sleeping. At the morning of the exam, eat it for energy and aggressive brain.
Press hard for 1 minute into the muscle knots near shoulder, neck and head.
Tumo meditation dont have to eat for months.
Garlic can cure cancer and everything.
Sleep well can cure depression. If you dont sleep well, it is easy for you to have fear.
Heavy weight lifting and shikodachi pain bearing generate strong body and then generate strong character. Enduring pain builds brain wiring. Dont flinch practice.
Vit B. To dispel fear and give energy
Dont be afraid of death. We already die everytime we go to sleep. Death is part of god.

(Quotes)
"By giving into the bully, billy taught Ryan that his intimidating behavior was okay. Standing up to him early, even if it meant being beaten up, would have been better than speending a whole year in pain. Almost all bullies pick on people who wont fight back. They use intimidation and are rarely interested in real conflict."
– The Survivor Personality book
"When you submit to an aggressors or to an unjust and imposssible situation. You do not buy yourself any real peace. You encourage people to go further, to take more from you, to use you for their own purposes. They sense your lack of self respect and they feel justified in mistreating you. You must develop the opposite - afighting stance that comes from deep within and cannot be shaken. You force some respect. This comes from your attitude - fearless and alwyas prepared to fight. It radiates outward and can be read in your amnner without you having to speak a word. By a paradoxical alw of human nature, trying to please people less will make them ore likely in the long run to respect and treat you better. Theis inner strength, however, does not come naturally. What is required is some experience. This means that in your daily life you must assert yourself more than usual.
– The 50th Law book.
"Survivors puzzled me at first. They are serious and humoours, hard working and lazy, self confident and self critical. They are not one way or the other, they are both one way and the other. Sensitive-tough, strong-gentle, cowardly-courageous, mature-playful, humorous- serious, distant-friendly, self confident-self critical, trusting-cautious, dependent- independent, impulsive-well organized, happy-discontent, cooperative-rebellious, proud -humble, selfish-unselfish, lazy-hardwworking, involved-detached, logical-creative, calm-emotional,shy-bold, loving-angry,consistent-unpredictable,messy-net,optimistic- pessimistic"
- The Survivor Personality book
"karate spirit is of great importance. No matter who wins or loses, dies or stays alive, - most important is training, process, fight and the "Way" itself. When you are free from idea of winning and losing, you are immersed in the spirit of Budo and enjoy every moment of the Way, irrespective of winning or losing. Hear these words and you will become great karateka."
-Anon
"If competence is attained, Winning will follow.
There is no reason to disparage the desirability of winning. What is necessary, however, is to recognize that although winning is the object of the game, it is not the object of playing the game. page 39
The more the competitor enjoys and attributes significance to the play itself, the more likely he is to win. The essence of winning behavior is relaxed enjoyment, playing the game. page 40
A number of balances must be struck: between aggressiveness and passivity, between greed and complacency, between impulsivity and intellectualization. most races, and all series demand these balances, demand equanimity, but there are times and places for marked variation from the happy medium. page 119"
-Winning: The Psychology Of Competition book
"Seek freedom and become captive of your desires, seek discipline and find your liberty." - Karate Master Ahmad Mehanna.
"If you dont work, what will you do? If he can do it, why cant you do it?"
-Anon
"Practice, practice, practice" - A samurai
"Cry in the dojo, laugh in the battlefield" - Samurai
"10) Create a Threatening Presence: Deterrence Strategies.[1] Make people think they will lose, bluff if needed. People want an easy victory and will not attack if they think they will lose.
Reverse Intimidation. 1) Make bold maneuvers and bluff wisely, 2) be a threat, make sudden moves, imply aggression, 3) move irrationally, create unpredictability, act crazy, 4) Feed your opponent's paranoia by indicating capabilities that they are afraid of, 5) maintain a bad reputation, mean, nasty and non-negotiable."
