Dealing with Shamers

Work hard and overcome shamers.Then you will enjoy the good things of the world.
Else you will self destruct.

Both are uneasy. But know this iron rule of the universe: use uneasiness to get easiness later.
If you don’t go through this uneasiness, the suffering will be much worse.

Karate is most important because it is the microcosm of fighting shamers and working hard.
Remember karate if you forget everything else.


OVERCOME SHAMERS

Shamers activate the other's self-doubts, shame, guilt and self-hatred.
They are everywhere, they do this because it brings benefit to them, read game theory.

You mustn’t be lazy to fight them, don’t become introverted, and do more enjoyable antisocial activities like programming instead of going out and fight them.

Fighting with the shamer is a dirty war. You must be good at it.
Be good at disguise, bluffing, and friendly put downs and trash talking.
First few times it is difficult, later you will get used to it, and even enjoy it.

Thick black theory sums the weapons:
Black heart is your spear, thick skin is your armor.

Be half evil, then only you have no stress and can fight:
Good is usually weak. Power comes from evil side. Only evil can fight evil.
Satan, even with teeth knocked out, welcome pain, with a satanic smile, bully back the bully.

Sometimes be irrational, crazy, rude and mean:
So bullies and even friends will think you are a hard person to deal with
And they wont mess with you.
Don’t be always nice and polite, this induced even friends to take advantage of you per game theory law, because it is in their benefit to do so. Take their benefit away from doing this by being crazy.

You have to be rotten enough to fight with bullies:
The Chinese says it as “Go Lan” (rotten enough). Be like a gangster.
Then the bullies will respect you.

Be good at put downs:
Often you are in a working relationship with the shamer,
and you cannot go for straightforward all out fight, this is the most difficult aspect.
So you have to pretend to be benevolent and use put downs disguised as friendly advise.
Or simply mirror the subtle put downs of the shamer.


Shamers only attack easy target:
Give them a hard time, they will stay away from you like you are the bully.
Refer to game theory why this works.


Bluff back:
All shamers must use bluff with half truths. You must to bluff them back. Use semi bluff of poker.
Bluff that you are confident, bluff something as truth even if it is not.
They may even respect you after knowing you can bluff.
Play poker a lot to learn bluffing.

Focus on the enemy’s pain not your own:
When you are thinking about the situation, always focus on the pain of the enemgy,never your own.
If you focus on yourself, you will lose will power. If you focus on the enemy you will gain motivation to attack and pleasure in the fight.
This is the same thing in karate sparring and even video shooting game, where if you get defensive you will lose the initiative and the fight.
Always use “you” in a verbal fight, even use “I”. Never get defensive, always attack.

Thick Skin

Get strong muscles:
Strong muscles gives thick skin. Use karate or weight lifting to build strong muscles.
Do push ups until you are in pain and reached limit, then push some more, this is where you can get the real benefit of will power. After that, you are not affected by the stressful thought for 1-2 days. You must push yourself over the limit, or else it will not work.
Will power equals to the nerve system energy that requires to push the weights up. And this will power is somehow linked to thick skin maybe through the close proximity of motor system with the stabilization of limbic system.
Over the limit push ups, deadlift, is the fastest way to delete your anxiety and stress. 5 minutes a day will do.

Make peace with your shit:
You have to make peace with your shit, your sensitivities, then shamers wont affect your emotions.
Inside you is an army, if you have shame, it is like one part of you attacking another part,
you are divided and you cant focus on the fight.
Make peace with your shit, like making a war truce.

Pain Endurance:
Humiliation, loneliness, uncertainty, how do you deal with it?
The most efficient way is just to bare it like a man.
Escaping from it make it even worst giving all sorts of bigger problems like low self esteem.

Also watch the man initiation training ceremony of afriican tribes by whipping the kids. They need a leader that can make difficult decsions when in hardship and pain to lead the tribe.
Get stressed hard to develop stress immunity.
Our life is very much like a muai thai fight where the fighters hits each other, the one that can whistand the most pain wins.

Vit B so wont have stress:
It is very important to eat vitamin b complex when fighting.
This immunes you from stress of fighting enemy.
But vitamin can cause heatiness, ulcer, shoulder pain.
So tune its usage, and use backnobber or vacuum cups, and cooling tea.
Press into the muscle knot hard for 1 minute to relax it.

Play while fighting:
Think it is your hobby. So you wont get emotional during fighting.
And wont burn out due to stress.

Don’t care about losing:
Shamers see this will fear you. Refer game theory why this works.
So you can maintain relaxed like playing.

Your ego is like your body able to take hits:
Your ego is a microsym of your body, train your ego to take hits like your body to take hits in karate. Gojuryu and kyokushin karate emphasize on taking hits.
The shamers watch you can take hits, they will respect you. Watch Crows Zero II.
So you are immune to pain. People seeing this will stop bothering you because you cant be affected.

Game Theory, Thick Black Theory, Sun Tzu:
The above is the most important knowledge you should study.
Game theory Tells you why you need to be half mean, how to play every game of human.
Why need to fight bully. Why craziness has benefit. Why need to withhold information and deceive.
It is all about people trying to get the maximum benefit. Tit for tat, chickens game. The second most important thing to karate.
Thick black theory teaches you to be half evil and immune to shame. All heroes in history have thread. Cao Cao is black heart. Liu Pei is thick skin. Having this weapon will make you better in any situation. And let you enjoy the best things life have to offer.
Sun Tzu teaches you to use deception, to be unemotional, to use the situation to your benefit.

Crows Zero II, Pitch Black movies:
Crows Zero II movie teach to treat pain like a mosquito bite, and not to be bothered by it. So they are stressless and would win in any battle.
Pitch Black movie shows that only evil can fight evil, so you have to be half evil. The good guys was helpless with the bullying of the bad guys. Before the good guys released most evil killer chained inside a chain, and getting the help of Riddick. It is like getting the help of satan.
