Love is the power source for war

Sean I have treated you quite horribly, it's because i dont know love means respect.

I am reading David Richo best book When love meets fear and how to become an adult, as well as the road less travelled.

The road less traveled could not quite work for me previously. I dont think it can work by itself only without support of the warrior system: karate, fight bullies and work hard. However the warrior system itself could not on its own also, it leave fear and anxiety deep in me, and my uncontrollable urge to punish incompetencies on the ones i love.
