Unwinding the belly : Chi Nei Tsang

Just received the book Unwinding the belly from Amazon.

I tried the technique once and it works, i was very stressed out before because cannot practice karate with the h1n1 going on around. I feel very relaxed afterwards. Not sure is the deep breathing that works or the abdominal message. No more flashback of work problems.

will try it every morning, could use it to replace mindfulness.
