Karate, Trash talk, Work Hard
Vit B,  Backnobber, life after death

To be happy in this world you only have to do 2 things: fight assholes and study hard.

FIGHT BULLIES

You must fight bullies so they wont pick on you, they only pick on easy target.
If you don’t fight you will go suicide or mass shooting,
This is more worse than consequence of fighting bullies.

Game theory explain bullies doesn’t get any benefit if you fight back.
Fight even if you lose.

Make bullies dealing with you frustrating and difficult.
Be an asshole to them.

TRASH TALKING AS A MICROSM OF WAR

Bullies usually cannot hurt with fist, it is against the law.
Instead they go underground with trash talk, using shame to cause hurt.

Trash talking is very hard to detect and cannot be persecuted.
You cannot fight bullies back with fist, instead you use trash talking.

You use joking, teasing, clowning with a smile on your face.
You must pretend your motive is benevolent, but actually you are shaming the bully.

In trash talk, you must always speak the untrue.
Bluff the false to become real in order to shame the bully.

Each trash talk is like a punch.
Like karate, you must be very relaxed when you punch.

To be relax, you must play when trash talk, treat it as a game.

Trash talk is a microsm of war.
All the method of war can be used in trash talking so study sun tzu and karate.

If you cannot avoid the bully, you must actively take the initiative to shame the bully first.
Shaming the bully first has a element of surprise and put the bully on the defensive.

In trash talking you must be on the offensive because it is more comfortable than on the defensive.

Just like poker or war, you must keep on first trash talking the bully everyday until he respects you.
You must stay engage to the enemy, talk to him, entangle with him like Brazilian jujitsu.

Trash talking is work and sometimes uncomfortable.
But you must treat it as part of your career.

At first trash talking is hard, then it will be easy, like karate.

Just like kyokushin karate, don’t defend against  strikes.
You strike at each other, withstanding the strikes, until the other one falls down.

Fighting with bullies has risk, you think of the worst that would happen and accept it.
Because the pain of being bullied is more than the worst if you fight bullies.

And the consequences of you exploding is more worse than the worst.

You must also show to the bully you don’t care about the consequences, that you are more macho.
Then he will respect you.

If the bully respects you, then you won a helper, that is your goal.

Make peace with your shit, so part of you wont fight with another part of you, creating internal war.
And you will have a shield against the trash talk of the bully. Never let the bully see you are affected.

GAME THEORY, SUN TZU, THICK BLACK THEORY, POKER
Study game theory so you know why fighting bully works.

WORK HARD

Study hard and get a skill few people can do like programming or law or engineering.
So you wont become a janitor, fight for scraps of food with low class people for the rest of your life.
Money is the only way to happiness, don’t believe religious people who tell you otherwise.

QUOTES

"Create a Threatening Presence: Deterrence Strategies.[1] Make people think they will lose, bluff if needed. People want an easy victory and will not attack if they think they will lose.
Reverse Intimidation. 1) Make bold manoeuvres and bluff wisely, 2) be a threat, make sudden moves, imply aggression, 3) move irrationally, create unpredictability, act crazy, 4) Feed your opponent's paranoia by indicating capabilities that they are afraid of, 5) maintain a bad reputation, mean, nasty and non-negotiable."
-33 Strategies of War book Wiki

"By giving into the bully, Billy taught Ryan that his intimidating behaviour was okay. Standing up to him early, even if it meant being beaten up, would have been better than spending a whole year in pain. Almost all bullies pick on people who wont fight back. They use intimidation and are rarely interested in real conflict."
– The Survivor Personality book

"When you submit to an aggressors or to an unjust and impossible situation. You do not buy yourself any real peace. You encourage people to go further, to take more from you, to use you for their own purposes. They sense your lack of self respect and they feel justified in mistreating you. You must develop the opposite – a fighting stance that comes from deep within and cannot be shaken. You force some respect. This comes from your attitude - fearless and always prepared to fight. It radiates outward and can be read in you’re a manner without you having to speak a word. By a paradoxical law of human nature, trying to please people less will make them ore likely in the long run to respect and treat you better. The is inner strength, however, does not come naturally. What is required is some experience. This means that in your daily life you must assert yourself more than usual.
– The 50th Law book.

"Survivors puzzled me at first. They are serious and humours, hard working and lazy, self confident and self critical. They are not one way or the other, they are both one way and the other. Sensitive-tough, strong-gentle, cowardly-courageous, mature-playful, humorous- serious, distant-friendly, self confident-self critical, trusting-cautious, dependent- independent, impulsive-well organized, happy-discontent, cooperative-rebellious, proud -humble, selfish-unselfish, lazy-hardworking, involved-detached, logical-creative, calm-emotional, shy-bold, loving-angry, consistent-unpredictable, messy-neat, optimistic- pessimistic"
- The Survivor Personality book

"karate spirit is of great importance. No matter who wins or loses, dies or stays alive, - most important is training, process, fight and the "Way" itself. When you are free from idea of winning and losing, you are immersed in the spirit of Budo and enjoy every moment of the Way, irrespective of winning or losing. Hear these words and you will become great karateka."
-Anon

"If competence is attained, Winning will follow.
There is no reason to disparage the desirability of winning. What is necessary, however, is to recognize that although winning is the object of the game, it is not the object of playing the game. page 39
The more the competitor enjoys and attributes significance to the play itself, the more likely he is to win. The essence of winning behaviour is relaxed enjoyment, playing the game. page 40
A number of balances must be struck: between aggressiveness and passivity, between greed and complacency, between impulsivity and intellectualization. most races, and all series demand these balances, demand equanimity, but there are times and places for marked variation from the happy medium. page 119"

“In japan the important thing is to continue, no matter how bad you are, or how bad you feel you are, you continue.
In kendo, if you get hurt, it is not so much your body get hurt, its your ego.
If you want to overcome others, you must first overcome yourself, your own weakness.
Kendo and zen basically have the purpose, is that it destroys the ego. “

“There is this feeling of exhilaration in striving forward despite the overwhelming obstacles and pain, even definite loss. This is the defiance God loves.” – Bubul

“Maturity is a big part of success in fighting, because it means you understand the game - That losing is part of the game. It doesn’t mean to let yourself get conquered, but to know that you can win again, at the right time you can be great. The key to doing well in competition is to accept.
Accept you can lose, you can not perform. Take this big bag of rocks out of your backpack, take the pressure off, and you'll do better. Once you understand that, man, you can do welll. - Ricardo Liborio.

Everyone has stuff they get nervous about, their personal shit, and if you hang around long enough they'll volunteer.
But Phil hasn't made peace with it. When I goof on him, he'll get mad.
In one press conference, Phil was almost in tears, I get what Frank is about. He's not picking on Phil out of nowhere, he's not just an asshole. Mental toughness is on the table.
Now he is not in a peaceful mind, ready to fight. Now he is somewhere else, some other issue from when he was a kid. He's not focused on the task or the goal.
I talk to people during fights the whole time. - Frank Shamrock on his shit talking.

Greg is a diehard advocate of learning to function under duress. The idea is to develop resistance to
the pain affecting your mental and physical abilities. You do workouts to get tougher, you
have hard sparring to get tougher. So when it happens in a fight t's not this foreign,
unfamiliar thing. -Greg Jackson

In boxing, hurt is what people do to each other, an intimate social act, a pessimistically stripped
to the bone rendition of life as it is lived outside the ring. - Carlo Rotella “ -From the Fighter's Mind: Inside the Mental Game by Sam Sheridan

“Work like an ant, fight like a badger, no pain no gain “-Bubul

"A man in the latter stages of ordeal starts to realize that his manhood and deep inner satisfaction comes from finding purpose, not pleasure. He realizes that manhood does not consist in avoiding pain. He sees that the pleasures that he strived for no longer have meaning. Addictions have lost their allure. He realizes there is no 'right' woman that will make life bearable. There are only fantasies of women.
When I talked in the last chapter of the death of the ego I was talking of the movement of the initiate into a space where he is not in control, and his ego is frustrated. During initiation his ego needs for pleasure and his ego needs for status and power are ignored. The adolescent, by moving into the wilderness and away from the marketplace, assume a very lowly position. The elder has purposely put the boy in a space where he is ritually humiliated. He has done this to teach him humility.
In ancient initiation, a boy is purposely and ritually humiliated. His healthy adolescent boisterousness and cockiness is confronted. He is shown that the world does not revolve around his pleasure needs, as in the maternal world, or his power needs as in the paternal world. He is shown that his true power and identity resides beyond his own ego control and needs. His natural ego development is pushed to the next level.

"18. All warfare is based on deception. 19. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near.
1 Sun Tzu said: The art of war is of vital importance to the State. #
2 It is a matter of life and death, a road either to safety or to ruin. Hence it is a subject of inquiry which can on no account be neglected.
22 If your opponent is of choleric temper, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant.
23 If he is taking his ease, give him no rest. #
If his forces are united, separate them. #
1 Sun Tzu said: The good fighters of old first put themselves beyond the possibility of defeat, and then waited for an opportunity of defeating the enemy. # 2 To secure ourselves against defeat lies in our own hands, but the opportunity of defeating the enemy is provided by the enemy himself. #
5 In all fighting, the direct method may be used for joining battle, but indirect methods will be needed in order to secure victory. #
6 Indirect tactics, efficiently applied, are inexhaustible as Heaven and Earth, unending as the flow of rivers and streams; like the sun and moon, they end but to begin anew; like the four seasons, they pass away to return once more. #
7 You can be sure of succeeding in your attacks if you only attack places which are undefended. #
9 O divine art of subtlety and secrecy! Through you we learn to be invisible, through you inaudible; #
12 If we do not wish to fight, we can prevent the enemy from engaging us even though the lines of our encampment be merely traced out on the ground. All we need do is to throw something odd and unaccountable in his way. #
If the enemy's dispositions are visible, we can make for him in one body; whereas, our own dispositions being kept secret, the enemy will be obliged to divide his forces in order to guard against attack from every quarter."
17 For should the enemy strengthen his van, he will weaken his rear; should he strengthen his rear, he will weaken his van; should he strengthen his left, he will weaken his right; should he strengthen his right, he will weaken his left. If he sends reinforcements everywhere, he will everywhere be weak.
30 So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong and to strike at what is weak. #Like water, taking the line of least resistance.
12 If we do not wish to fight, we can prevent the enemy from engaging us even though the lines of our encampment be merely traced out on the ground. All we need do is to throw something odd and unaccountable in his way.
# There are five dangerous faults which may affect a general: (1) Recklessness, which leads to destruction;(2) cowardice, which leads to capture;(3) a hasty temper, which can be provoked by insults;(4) a delicacy of honor which is sensitive to shame;(5) over-solicitude for his men, which exposes him to worry and trouble.
Keep your army continually on the move, and devise unfathomable plans. # "
-Sun Tzu

"To play a game is great .
To win a game is greater.
To love the game is the greatest." – Unknown

“Why is it good to be half mean:
The power of the prisoners’ dilemma paradigm extends even to evolutionary
biology. When humans play games, we usually assume that we rationally choose whatever strategy maximizes our payoff. Biologists sometimes apply game theory to animals and assume that the animals’ genes dictate how they play their games.17 Imagine that some creatures are repeatedly playing the prisoners’ dilemma game in Figure 44. A creature’s genes will tell it to play either nice or mean. The creatures receive food as their payoff. The more food a creature has, the more offspring it produces, and the more its genes will spread. The genes that are best for playing the game will survive while those that receive consistently poor scores will become extinct.

Imagine that there are two colonies of creatures separated by some considerable distance. In one colony all the creatures have genes telling them to play nice, while in the other, the genes dictate that the creatures be mean. The offspring in both of these colonies would always have the same genes as their parents. The creatures in both colonies repeatedly play the prisoners’ dilemma game in Figure 44.
The nice colony would appear to have an advantage. Because everyone in this colony is always nice to each other, everyone gets a payoff of 5 foods each round. In the mean colony everyone always gets a payoff of only one food. The nice colony should expand relative to the mean colony. The colony of the creatures with mean genes, however, has one critical advantage over their nicer rivals. Consider what happens when the nice colony expands to the edge of the means and competes directly against them. The mean creatures will do very well in this game, and the nice creatures will die. When the nice colony creatures play only against each other, they beat the mean colony. When they play against the mean creatures, however, the mean creatures dominate. This contest between nice and mean shows that nice guys finish
first only when they don’t have to compete against mean people.

Why is good to be crazy sometimes:

In the classic game of chicken, shown in Figure 24, two cars drive straight toward each other. The first driver who turns loses. Of course,if neither car swerves then both drivers lose even more. The best outcome for a player results when he goes straight and his opponent turns. In this situation the winning driver will be known as macho while the other driver will be considered wimpy. The worst outcome for either player manifests when an accident is caused by both drivers going straight. Consequently, a rational player will turn if he believes that his opponent is going to drive straight.

In a chicken game, therefore, you win by convincing your rival that you will never turn.6 Consequently, perception is reality in the game of chicken. Chicken is not just a game about who is more macho, but also about who more exudes an air of machismo. Each player wants the other to believe that he is so macho that he would rather die than give in. If you can convince your opponent that you are indeed macho, you will win the game and thus be proven macho.

Insane players have a massive edge in the classic chicken game, for would you ever want to prove that you are more willing to risk death than a crazy person is? What if you suffer from the handicap of being considered sensible, however?”
- Game Theory At Work by James Miller

“Last year, more tl1an forty-two thousand people graduated from law school in the United States. And thirty-seven of them were awarded Supreme Court clerkships. Those thirty-seven people are essentially guaranteed a job for life after they finish their year with the Court. Top law firms routinely pay a signing bonus of $200,000 or more to any clerk they are able to hire. Clerks go on to become partners, judges, and senators. There are two things worth noting here. The first is that Hannah Smith isn't lucky at all. She's smart and focused and incredibly hardworking. And the second thing? That anyone of the forty-two thousand people who graduated from law school last year could have had Hannah's job. Except they didn't. Not because they weren't smart enough or because they came from the wrong family. No, the reason that most of them didn't have a chance is that somewhere along the way they quit. They didn't quit high school or college or law school. Instead, they quit in their quest to be the best in the world because the cost just seemed too high.

The Reason Number One Matters
People don't have a lot of time and don't want to take a lot of risks. If you've been diagnosed with cancer of the navel, you're not going to mess around by going to a lot of doctors. You're going to head straight for the "top guy," the person who's ranked the best in the world. Why screw around ifyou get only one chance?

Being at the top matters because there's room at the top for only a few. Scarcity I makes being ot the top worth srmletbing. There are hundreds of brands of bottled water, and they're all mostly the same. So we don't shop around for bottled water. There is no top for bottled water. Champagne is a different story. Dam Perignon is at or near the top, so we pay extra for it.

Where does the scarcity Come from? It comes from the hurdles that the markets and our society set up. It comes from the fact that most competitors quit long before they've created something that makes it to the op. That's the way it's supposed to be. The system depends on it.

With limited time or opportunity to experiment, we intentionally narrow our choices to those at the top. You're not the only person who looks for the best choice. Everyone does. As a result, the rewards for being first are enormous. It's not a linear scale. It's not a matter of getting a little more after giving a little more. It's a curve, and a steep one.

The Dip is the long slog between starting and mastery. A long slog that's actually a shortcut, because it gets you where you want to go faster than any other path. The Dip is the combination of bureaucracy and busywork you must deal with in order to get certified in scuba diving. The Dip is the difference between the easy "beginner" technique and the mare useful "ex-pert" approach in skiing or fashion design.
If you took organic chemistry in college, you've e),-perienced the Dip. Academia doesn't want too many unmotivated people to attempt medical school, so they set up a screen. Organic chemistry is the killer class, the screen that separates the doctors from the psychologists. If you can't handle organic chemistry, well, then, you can't go to med school”

- The Dip by Seth Godin

"When I was young I had no sense of myself. All I was, was a product of all the fear and humiliation I suffered. Fear of my parents. The humiliation of teachers calling me “garbage can” and telling me I’d be mowing lawns for a living. And the very real terror of my fellow students. I was threatened and beaten up for the color of my skin and my size.

It wasn’t until my late twenties that I learned that by working out I had given myself a great gift. I learned that nothing good comes without work and a certain amount of pain.

The Iron had taught me how to live. Life is capable of driving you out of your mind. The way it all comes down these days, it’s some kind of miracle if you’re not insane. People have become separated from their bodies. They are no longer whole.

I see them move from their offices to their cars and on to their suburban homes. They stress out constantly, they lose sleep, they eat badly. And they behave badly. Their egos run wild; they become motivated by that which will eventually give them a massive stroke. They need the Iron Mind.

Through the years, I have combined meditation, action, and the Iron into a single strength. I believe that when the body is strong, the mind thinks strong thoughts. Time spent away from the Iron makes my mind degenerate. I wallow in a thick depression. My body shuts down my mind.

The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver."

-Iron and the soul by Henry Rollins

I didn’t find out just because I was dumb. I searched so hard for years, and didn’t care about anything except finding it. Once, when I was thinking about the three kingdoms, I suddenly realized – all the heroes in history have nothing more than Thick Face and Black Heart.

Amongst the heroes during the three kingdoms, the first is CaoCao. His personality was all black heart. He killed Lu Boshe, killed Kong Rong, killed Yang Xiu, Killed Dong Chengfuwan. Then he killed the queen and the prince. He dared to do anything. He even said “I’d rather betray everyone in the world instead of others betraying me.” His heart was so black that nobody could ever reach it. That’s why he became a hero on top at that time.

The second one should be Liu Bei. It was all about thick face in his personality. He depended on
Cao Cao, depended on Lu Bu, depended on Liu Biao, depending on Cun Qan, depended on Yuan Shao. He went to so many places, lived in other peoples houses – and didn’t feel ashamed about it.And he liked crying all throughout his life. In the stories of the three kingdoms it was portrayed so vividly. He cried to everyone when he met problems he couldn’t solve. Then, the failure became an achievement. So people said “Liu Bei cried his kingdom up”. It’s also an ability.

Cao Cao and he were absolutely on the top of thick and black. They were talking about heroes while boiling wine. One had the most black heart, one had the thickest face – but they both couldn’t help it. We can see all the people around them. They all were not thick and black enough. That’s why Cao Cao said to Liu Bei, “There are only two heroes in the world. Me and you.”

Xiang Yu was a hero who could lift a mountain, and who could cover the sky. Thousands of people died when he shouted, but why did he die in the east city and get laughed at by the world? The reason why he failed – it’s like what Han Xin said,“Women’s kindness and men’s braveness”.It included everything. Women are kind because they can’t take the cruel things around. As his heart wasn’t black.Men are brave because they can’t take other people’s insult, as his face was not thick.

In the story of the Hongmen feast, Xiang Yu and Liu Bang were sitting together. Xiang Yu already took the sword out. What he needed to do was just push it into Liu Bang – then he could be emperor right away. But he hesitated and didn’t do anything and allowed Liu Bang to escape. In the story of the failure in Gaixia, if he could go over Wujiang river, and did things right from the beginning, he could have been the winner. But he said, “Eight thousand people of this land went over the river to the west. Nobody came back today but this land and the people love me and treet me so well – how can I sit here and not feel guilt about it?” All these talks were so wrong! He said he couldn’t lose his face. He said he was guilty for what he had done.

-Thick Black Theory

After 22 years of searching the secret in every corner, under every leaf. I finally find it. Not from the faithful and kind, the Brahmins. But from the people who are familiar with darkness, the Kshatriyas:

There are two ways of fighting, one by law, and one by force.

When princes have paid more attention to the refinements of life than to war, they have lost their positions of power.

Any man who wishes to make a profession of goodness in every department of conduct

wishes to preserve must be able to learn to be not good. –Machiavelli
