Emotion before positive thinking

I notice sometimes it is more effective to feel emotions like excitement first before positive thinking.

To have peace prepare for war

In this world, this is the iron rule like gravity, to have peace, you must fight and be a warrior.

Stress is a warning sign that you are not fighting back, or controlling the situation, the body is warning you to take action to remedy the situation. All those new age meditation, therapy, breathing, antistress, forgiving, positive thinking; is not addressing the problem, just putting ice on your aches but the enemy is still attacking you.

If you are controlling the situation, even if you are losing, you still feel excited.

Fight back, find the weak point of the enemy, kill the enemy, this is the path to happiness. Read any strategy book you can find. The 33 strategies of war by robert green.

Especially game theory books. Become the wolf. Dont become the sheep to be slaughtered. WOuld you feel stress as a sheep. Would you feel excitement as a sheep or wolf?

That is why it is important to be a bit bad guy. A bit of a gangster. It gives you the weapons for happiness. Watch Chronicals of Riddick movie.

Ying and Yang nourishes and strengthen each other.

Find something to control, no matter how small. This is better than positive thinking.

There are three types of people in this world i read in a book: normad, farmers, and warriors. We are normad by personality; we dont like to fight, we move from place to place, we are naturally jokers. But in this new world, it is better to be half warriors and half farmers. Half wolf half sheep.

You can only have peace after you experience war, this is the rule of nature.

I have been idle for a few years and i have never experience peace instead i experience anxiety because there is no hard work.

I have been working for peace for more than ten years, refusing fights, reading 3000 new age books, but i have never experience peace, after i learn poker, game theory, war, fight back the bullies, then only i experience peace.

No matter what people do, repeat, no matter what people do, it is a strategy to manipulate you, study game theory, look through this. Especially saying you are no good. In reality there is no good or no good, no standards to measure against, imagine in this world there is no people except you, where are all the standards? study the saying or chuang tze era sage maybe the name is huang or soemthing he used a lot of analogy to describe reality like the big giant and small worm. Thus when people say you are no good without much basis, you need to fight back by becoming the best or counter criticise. Study poker and game theory.

How to develop thick skin

1. Here’s an important rule for life: It’s not all about you. To develop a thick skin you must first remember that you are not the center of the universe.

2. Here is the top secret, people are not interested about you, they would not think for 2 seconds about the mistake you make, they are interested about themselves. So people are not thinking about you all of the time.

3. Imagine your face is as thick as a concrete wall.

4. Read hero stories from the chinese version "Thick Black Theory". Or "Thick face black heart"

5. Your mistakes are not caused by you, it is caused by billions of other forces and factors you have no possibility of control over, including your personality. Read Learned Optimism by Martin Seligman.

6. Third person position as detailed in NLP (neuro linguistic programming). Imagining you are far away from earth looking at yourself among billions of people, whatever happen to you on earth dont matter.

7. Kill your self doubt. Use will to think that no matter what happened or what you do, you are still perferct.

The how of mindfulness

THe most powerful technique of mindfulness is the theravada thai-burma one where you label when you are thinking "thinking, thinking", walking "walking, walking".

You dont have to do mindfulness all of the time, if you have no problem or drama forever it is like living in a retirement home, no fun, instead when you losing control, getting crazy, use mindfulness as a break of the mind, then when you are bored in your safe cocoon, stop mindfulness and get into craziness again.

Got this book in singapore library. It is a real good book though its prose is lousy. It looks at mindfulness from psychology perpective.

Mindfulness give new context to situation. And new categories. Thus we can achieve freedom from fatigue, anxiety using the old categories which is only another construct of the mind.

Watch the movie "300". The heroes laugh at death, and challenge death power.

When we hold on to prevent death too much, we seem to block life, we live in fear and anxiety. The buddhist says to know life, know death.

To let life flow, we have to accept death that is to accept chaos and suffering.

So be like the heroes of 300 sometimes, and shout "tonight we dine in hell".

THen only excitement will flow back into your life.

What is happiness: when we have no problems. THus to be happy, we can pretend we have no problem.

Think of a moment in this world there are no people except you, will you have any problems, there is no more social standard to measure you, are you a airhead or a genius? where is the standard?

Chuang Tzu or another chinese sage says: In the worm world, we are as big as giant, in the giant world, we are as big as worm, so what is the real standard to measure our size.

In this world, everything is relative and build by humans, so in truth you have actually no problem, the rest is illusions.

Just be. DOnt struggle , dont do anything. No need to drop your ego or all those hocus pocus technqiues. Just be.

1. Find good books : Googel search "Oracle" best book. Read reviews in Amazon. Get books in Singapore library. Get free books on internet google "book title" free book.
2. Quick scan : Quick scan each chapter to get a overall idea.
3. Organic read : Only read the parts that interest you. Gain understanding first.
4. Detail reading: Gain understanding.
5. Notes taking: This step is very important for memorization and detail reading. Use hand writing or copy paste from ebook. Write down your questions on the notes to refer back later.
6. Memorize: Read the notes and memorize. There is no understanding without memory.

7. The only that works in new age is mindfulness, the less is bullshit, believe me i have been to the dead roads many years.
8. You may have a lot of shoulder pain. The pain could be due to your neck. Use you finger to press all over your neck, should, and even scalp, especially the area between bone and muscle. When you feel pain, press hard on the painful spot for 1 minute, repeat. When pressured for more than 1 minute the knotted muslce/tendon will relax. Read trigger point therapy. When you shoulder is in pain it could due to your neck or scalp if not your shoulder. I once have shoulder pain but press everywhere on shoulder can find pain, neck also no very painful spot when pressed, and i finally find it on my skull!

Detachment and reason owns new age bs

After i read the "if you are falling, dive" book, i immediately feel depression setting in. Sometimes this new age healing stuff is more like chasing a castle in the sky. It is masochistic self induce pain for perverse enjoyment. Self mutilation. i have been doing this stuff for some years with close to no relieve. In fact the more i do it the more pain i felt. Something is wrong iwth this grand new age narrative, it is probably a countereaction of christianiaty.

Immediately i detach myself. And thus 4 discipline tools below always works, we need a spacesuit in this hostile world to get this done, letting outside world into the space suit is equivalent to perverse self multilation:

1. Detachment.
2. Break bigger things into smaller things.
3. Do things one at a time.
4. Reward yourself.

The 4 discipline tools is the yan system, it should be the main system, because physical survival is always the first criteria, it works, and it doesnt take time. The yin system like the new age can be done a bit sometimes for fun or when you control the physical world to the point of boredom, but remember that the new age system for me is sometimes no different than perversed self mutilation. Balance ying and yang. Detachment gives you back control, new age release your control and puts the blame on yourself like neo chritianity.

This book is a nice book, reading it is like a fresh air given by true reasoning provided by high philosphy, compared to the illogicalness and bs of new age books. Most new age are really seriously logically flawed,

Being with Oracle is like being with a woman

Sean Ryan when you work on Oracle, never work on competition too much, it will destroy Oracle fun. Work for the love of Oracle so the joy of Oracle will exist there for you.

You must love something deeply so life you can get the honey life can offer.

There is a fractalness about life. Everything is the same, Oracle, poker, chess, xbox, go, physics, maths, philosophy, painting, poetry, karate. Oracle is everything. So when you do Oracle you are actually playing chess. But Oracle has more advantage then the rest which i explained in why Oracle is so good in knowledge crystal.

Play your Oracle, dont care about who is better, instead just focus on exploring more on Oracle on your own terms, be alone with Oracle like being iwth a woman alone, that time you should take the rare oppotunity to enjoy the woman alone and not think about comparing dicks.

I. Some parts of the brain are just like a baby's and can grow new connections and strengthen existing connections. We have the ability to learn new things our entire life. Medina states this was "not the prevailing notion until 5 or 6 years ago." So much for the "you can't teach and old dog new tricks excuse." The old dog line is exposed for what it really is...an excuse.

II. Humans can only pay attention for about ten minutes and then need some kind of reset.

III. The brain can only focus on one thing at a time. This is further rationale on the futility of multi-tasking.

IV. Exercise increases brain power and aerobic exercise twice a week reduces the risk of general dementia by 50% and Alzheimer's by 60%.

V. There is a biological need for an afternoon nap.

VI. The brain is very active during sleep and loss of sleep hurts cognitive and physical ability.

Mindfulness is still king

There are only two type of happiness technique i teach you, the first one is mindfulness the rest are cognitive techniques.

Only in mindfulness i am awake and feel alive.

Putting on mindfulness is like putting on iron cloth on you to prevent the stress all around you from coming in.

All other techniques are useless without mindfulness to give the base.
